One thing I do know, I've been up north mate and I wouldn't swap Essex for any of it. Anyway, it's 30 minutes into the centre of London from where I live and I've got free travel. Love it.

I live in North Essex, close to the Suffolk border. There are some carrot crunchers around here but on the whole I'd rather be around them than the TOWIE type cunts.

There's definitely something a bit special about all the country north of the Thames Estuary, south of the Wash and east of a straight line between the two.
It's definitely something about the people there as well.
